Kill record question

Does anyone know the most kills someone’s gotten in a 2-0/3-0 (not a bo3 or bo5, it has to be a sweep for both). Post franchising or not, any info helps

I think for franchise it’s aspas in his game vs Sen on Kev but idk, that was 2/0.
And for 3-0 I have no idea
