Teams who are all capable of being competitive at the top level in their respective regions
ig they choose from player base and distribution .
valorant is much more popular in regions like NA and EU , it is also popular here in APAC but taking in consideration the popularity:population
NA and EU are ahead .
and yes ofc the skillset the players of these regions have .
this is my opinion only , feel free to correct me .

the way he ranks them in stupid. Teams like Tenstar/Giants/Na'vi/LDN United could all go to brazil and be the best teams in the region
