MVP and Player Ranking

Why don't create a player ranking system and at the end of every season it awards the best in the world like the ballon d'or, will be fire and it's also something that would give recognition and be an award for the one who stood out the most in the year

I had also thought that it would be time to have an award for the mvp of each VCT and international tournaments

what u guys think?
