I would also like to point out the indirect effects of Johnta not in Korea yet.

That explains why either XQQ or Carlao was hired when just one of them is enough.
This is a bit theoretical but ( I copied this from my earlier post cause I'm too lazy and I need to go real fast lol

Johnta's missing offline presence
Carlao had to cover Johnta ( his track record in Zeta is not good)
XQQ the interpreter ( Ik his role is AC but his practical job is probably just interpreter)

So your line of communication looks like this

Everytime the messages move from one person to another, the messages and intent behind them will be distorted

Just a theory tho. But Iirc this is how communication or messages move from sender to reciever. ( refering to how they will be distorted)

I think to tackle this issue, the most solution is to :

Get Johnta to Korea as fast as possible. this is the most significant step.
Get the team to improve their english listening comprehension, if they can do this then XQQ is no longer needed.
If number 2 didn't pan out remove the middleman , Carlao needs to go

I think the fact that Zeta has shown 0 emotion proof this , but at the end of the day it really is just a theory lol
