Time Changes for GE vs TLN and GEN vs RRQ

Is it me or has Riot changed the timings of GE vs TLN and GEN vs RRQ matches... The match was supposed to be held on the 21st and now it is showing 25th???

It was supposed to be tomorrow???
Maybe they have the wrong timing before because it was odd to me that they didn't give days off considering scheduling of other regions
