Don’t get off after a bad game, or a rough game with throwers or smth, or where anything tragic happened

Your mental will be affected into the next time u play. Even if u go 3/20 u shouldn’t get off, this is the worst time to get off. Maybe u take a break, or u play a dm, but u do not get off
Knowing u played like shit last time or having negative valorant games on your mind will not be good.

This also applies if u demote. Do not get off if u demote, keep playing so u either get it back or can cope with demoting

this doesnt matter in low elo, only diamond and above (even in diamond its rare)

I just play one comp game each day and that's it no warm up no going again just one and done close the game if i lose so be it if i win thats swell
