I have been most of my games for 3 days straight. I was about to reach plat but I have now dropped all the way to silver 2 and I have been struggling. (I am solo queing) I think that my mental fucks up after the first loss and then I play worse and worse every game.

Hmm
Take a short break from the game
Or
Play a lot of unrated or something
Make friends while playing unrated and queue with them in comp

Don't solo queue please
Its boring and it fucks your mental up.

And vod reviewing

im telling you taking a break is one of the most underrated things you can do, once my internet was giving me trouble for a whole month so i just spent time watching my friends play and watching pro play and I was literally better after I came back
also duo or trio queueing will help, (four or five people might bring smurfs onto the other team lmao but it could be worth the risk if you play well together)

Take a break for a week or so. Watch some movies, go out, study something. You'll be super fresh the next week ez wins!

A break is good (and maybe even the best idea) but sometimes isn't always viable. Try and really figure out WHAT you think is going wrong. If it's your aim, temporarily change your sens for a few games. If it's your positioning, temporarily try a different agent, or play more or less aggressive than you normally play. You just need to find a way to break the cycle and force yourself to be uncomfortable for a little.

Side tip: I find that keeping an aim trainer open is super helpful for staying warm in between rounds. Games like Halo and CoD have the benefit of always keeping you "activated" while Valorant definitely doesn't.
