Kaajak was made in a laboratory, the same laboratory was experimenting with turning cartoon characters into real life (they wanted to make the minions real for cheap labor). When making kaajak however, the scientists accidentally spilt Bart DNA into the kaajak mixture causing him to have the physical appearance similar to Bart. This means that Bart Simpson is Kaajak's father.
