wtf even is tier 3, i have no clue what it means if a team is tier 3, invite premier?? pls educate me

depends on the region but mostly premier yeah

most likely premier but there is regions like spain where they have "circuito tormenta" or some tourneys where whoever wins gets to play promotion relegation so its pretty much the same
