GenG told Ardy (ex The MongolZ coach) that they were going to make a game changers team and they wanted him as coach (with 100% certainty that they would sign him) so he actively declined team offers and trials to join geng while scouting for players (who also declined team offers and trials because they thought they would sign with geng)

but in the end geng failed to find a sponsor so they just canned the project entirely leaving 6+ people without a job + very low chances of joining any team at this point
