Why is Boaster buying marshalls and outlaws
He is terrible and can't hit any shots, he wants to lose? or just thinks he's gonna get carried so it doesn't matter if he does nothing?

No he's good with snipers (better than w the vandal at least) + you say that as if snipers were random weapons to play against
he's not good with anything
just give him frenzys every round, he'll get more done
its not a bait, I would love to see ADR from him on rounds where he has a sniper
