but it takes shorter time to charge and you have to commit to the dash instead of breach stun where you dont need to commit to the dash

how is it not needed? Jett is literally the most op character in the game. She was the most picked agent in berlin by like 20%. The fact that she can just take an off-agressive angle and just dash to safety is too good, its the most needed nerf in the game
