but if ur telling about the numbers near the teams
like sen have 2300 smth
that wont change during lan events
and if ur talking bout circuit points
thats updated , it didnt for gambit because they didnt earn circuit points
they won berlin and qualified for it

in regional matchups they will because its easier as they are from the same region
but on lan because there is other regions too
so it wont change
but in regional matches
they change in wins and losses

they are regional rankings, there have been no worldwide rankings made yet (the system is still in beta)

this means that only matchups against your region in regional tournaments will count
