If he wants to join an APAC team, TLN is the best option for him. They are the secondbest english-speaking APAC team after PRX (PRX won't kick something). TLN's working atmosphere is more like an American team than an APAC team, as crws mentioned in a podcast before. And i think TLN has more money than MiBR
