Did any team get paid for the last year in east surge? And why is riot just shadowing tier 2?

Riot has nothing to do with this (well except maybe not stepping in and t2 format being questionable at best), this is PLE having some.... issues....

To my knowledge no one was paid yet and the league has no valorant specific staff atm
No clue whats going on, hopefully we get some good news soon, but atm its looking grim
(well even if there is good news, dont think there'd be any orgs left by then)
