Isn't Elevated the rage bait guy on twitter?

Apparantly he is the new AC of GE but regardless of that, isn't he the one who posts lots of rage bait on twitter?
Like this one where he says Neon is overrated and Sage is underrated and everyone was on his ass

I kinda agree with the list but it’s such a stupid way of making a tier list
