No, they have a whole academy roster which they even made a deal to loan to a tier 2 LATAM team so that they can develop there and at some point bring them up to the main team. This is their academy team under another orgs name:

This entire team is filled with 15-17 year olds, and for now the best prospect is 'Neon'
