Laggy game with high FPS

I’m gonna need my PC geeks so I got a 240hz Monitor and I consistently reached this at valorant most likely over 300+ FPS

I don’t exactly know when it started, but in the past couple of months it feels like I’m playing with 120hz Even if I have over 300 FPS. My Nvidia setting is On low and I setbmy monitor refresh rate onto 240.

I don’t know what I can do. I try to overclock my PC.
But nothing really helps you guys have any ideas?

V sync on should help

Ive had this same issue for so long and I fixed it, 1) Disable cpu0 2) Uninstall all xbox apps unless you use them.

No its that ur 1% lows are not good and its causing your game to be unsmooth

i had similar problem i followed this Guide it worked for me
