Really? Because BOOM is a replacement for Bleed and SPG is the real Ascended team this year. I believe they have a 2 or 3-year contract in a franchised league when the team ascended. not sure

Both of them are counted as "ascended team".
Think of it more as bleed were descended and spg and boom got ascended
