They went to E.U, because MEMEA is the easiest region to qual for a LAN thats why they went look at n4rrate he was a t2/ t3 average NA player but in EMEA he's a superstar. (This doesn't include turks)

nrg was another example of nepotism bro. they didnt even trial demon1 they just signed him and spent crazy money even tho they scouted n4rrate well and he was frying in the trials

i knew on madlions when n4rrate got relegated he was tier 1 ready. anyone with ball knowledge knew he wasnt tier 2 level

eu besides turkey is kinda a dead region for new talent. I mean look at the ascension winner, filled with t1 pros who didnt make tier 1 this year. you have the occasional british or russian player talent pop up but as of right now not enough for 11 teams who wanna perform better

afaik these are mostly young players who havent played tier 1 before

also igls like robbiebk, buld, molsi (new on the role) came thru this year. these are all new talents one way or another, and i think no region is lacking new talent

i dont think theres a region with as many duelist prospects as emea tho, i think poland alone might have more quality on the duelist role than all of other regions.

i dont think its right to say this region lacks new talent (and i dont believe apac or americas are either, there will always be too much talent in this game if anything) and idk how you came to the conclusion

bumea has realized that eu leagues are truly shit
every good team from that shit region needs at least 2 non-eu players
gambit was all russian, fpx was mostly cis, fnc was half cis/turkey, th has 2 turks as well
now the teams are realizing that the best region (americas) has a bunch of talent and a number of dysfunctional orgs in brazil
so they are poaching americas talent, especially the best of brazil
