Can Challenger team have gambling sponsor?

I know in tier 1 they are not allow it.
But tier 2 such as Challenger can they have team have gambling sponsor?

what happens if a p*** org ascends? does Riot allow them into tier 1?

I firmly believe they aren't allowed to, challengers is also part of vct(hence the name VCT Challengers), and riot is very strict about the sponsors that participate in anything that has anything to do with them
