for me I don't considered DFM as a tier 1 Valorant team. It's label tier 1 because contract base not performance.

DFM is technically tier 1, but not skillwise.
Tier 2 in CS is such a chaos black hole, there are team fighting for their dream, there are team matchfixing for living.
