roster signings

why do orgs keep edging the roster signings till the end (oct 7), like doing it a month before wont change anything no?

it's not the orgs necessarily, a lot of the times is just players that don't want to sign right away and instead just wait to see if they get other offers. Like LEV offered all 4 of their players a contract right away, but some of them only signed a month after

RIOT probably telling the org to make some content out of it, instead of worded tweet.
