pro tip for those unaware: if you buy gift card codes through Amazon, you get the bonus VP too and you don't pay taxes like you would if you bought them through the Valorant client
like the card works but its jsut not going through, alot of my friends have the same problem so idk if its a riot issue atm since the price changes

It might be an internal issue with the way Riot handles transactions. The obvious answer is to give it a day and see if it fixes itself. If you'd rather not wait, I do think doing the gift card approach will work since it's not a transaction, just entering a code
