personally, i think winning 2 masters in a year has more worth than winning a single champs
like wise making 2 masters finals in a year is better than making 1 champs finals.
Is it harder? Yes
Is it more important? No
Think about it this way, Valorant is a young game and everyone remembers who won the masters. But as years go by people will remember Champs. People remember Worlds a lot more than MSI’s, people remember Majors more than IEM’s. Although you face the best teams in the world at both anyway, one is just more important

This. Most people don't remember Liquid completing the Grand Slam of 4 S tier events won in a row cuz they were in between 2 majors won by Astralis

the grand slam is pretty memorable
no team has won two masters in a year tho

it is, but it is massively overshadowed by the major streak of astralis
ValAnalist [#13]Heretics... hm your team dont have VCT Emea, master and champions.
but is easily the top 3 team of 2024
Nef0r0 [#8]That's like arguing domestic double > UCL in football. It is not
buh how is a masters a domestic double? there's not really a masters equivalent in football since champions league has nothing that's directly below it internationally maybe other than FIFA club world cup
