Strike Arabia Championship LAN but not APAC LCQ?

They can make Strike Arabia Championship (MENA qualifier for EMEA LCQ) LAN event but not APAC LCQ LAN?
APAC regions are WAY WAY more spread out than MENA region.
And APAC LCQ is a Qualifier for CHAMPIONS while Strike Arabia is a qualifier for a qualifier for Champions.
Thoughts ? Korea Challengers was LAN so they could have maybe done the LCQ in Korea?
