No coach will be good if you don't let them do as they want to. If you hold their hand and dictate their vision, it will never be any good.
Like think of it like this, you have Pep and you tell him to Brexit ball instead of Tiki taka.
Coaches never reach their potential when the upper management intrudes a lot. Hopefully that is not the case. Did a lot of reasearch on Kam1kaze, dude is genuine, passionate. Would love for him to be here.
