Seems they refused to make a change, even if it was allowed in the rulebook.

It's the 2nd time they do a mistake they misinformed JL that 1 map was enough to win https://x.com/xelsky/status/1831296898331787513

They were also not able to provide a rulebook during the whole competition creating lot of problem for viewer during the tournament.

oh damn I didn't see that they requested the sub. That actually makes it really interesting, they should definitely explain why they didn't let them sub. If there's not a good explanation then this is actually a serious problem

I'll be nice with them, it's ok to make mistake doing their job, nobody is perfect, but fak, this really need a huge explanation (and apologies) to explain why so many mistakes are made, and guarantee that this will not happen again.
