how does this work

i dont watch tier 2 so someone explain to me how this works
a premier team ascends into challangers, does an org have to pick them up? or all they just a random 5 stack if just a random 5 stack does an org have to pick them up when they get into tier 1? what if no org signs them?
pcific esports has 3 players underage, does that mean even if they win ascention they cant acend?
why does pcific espor missing the t and the s?

a premier team doesnt need to be picked up when ascending to challengers
