Wouldn't the screen turn gray for a minute to indicate there's a timeout?
I've noticed that in Berlin, the admins just pause the game instead. If they called a timeout in the game, their screen would gray and no one would move around. However in many other games before ACEND v 100T, the admins haven't done that and instead paused the game, and the players were allowed to move around. So technically, it's not an illegal move.
Edit: just to reiterate my point, you can clearly see both teams moving around during this supposed timeout. So the admins pause the game, and not call a timeout in game.

Idk you cant be able to do such thing in ranked games, players shouldn't be able to move tbh they gain advantage from that
