because he said he'll only join a team if he's a star fragger on a tier 1 team, when he isn't close to that level.

He’s tried out on a couple t1/2 teams but they decided to go with someone else.
I forget who exactly mentioned they tried him out but I believe it was xset. They said very good things about him though.
he's ass, there's better f/a than him imo.
