viper was insta favorite because of her huge buff. Doubt it if they can give Yoru some thing like that

If his tp just casted instant like Jett dash or Reyna dismiss he would be insane but I think he would became a broken pick

Should nerf Skye and Jett first, then we consider whether to buff Yoru.
