Academy team benefit.

Can someone tell me the benefit of joining an academy team?

You are overall closer to better players and you can learn a lot more faster

You might get picked up by the main roster

• Academy teams usually have their own coaching staff to help you develop a better understanding of the game
• You get to scrim with the main roster, which helps with networking
• If you're good enough you pretty much have a fast track to play on the actual team
