White Monster is always the best. Rockstar is the worst, known to give heart problems and other issues. No idea how NRG is still sponsored by them honestly.

It's basically just a regular carbonated soda with a lot more caffeine. But energy drink companies do better flavours.

Depends on who you are, some people become very hyper with caffeine and it really hits them but personally it just keeps me awake, I don't literally feel any different.
