4k monitor

so im thinking of getting a second monitor for watching movies and tv shows that is 4k but dont want to break the bank, is it worth it to have a secondary monitor that is 4k for that?

do i have to be concerned with the colour profile of the monitors or are they generally good enough around that price point?
