The last two Americas teams in champs are a combination of SA and NA players. Is this the future for Americas teams, or is it just luck the last two Americas teams at Champs happen to be the mixed rosters?

Yes we are probably going to see more mixed rosters just like the other regions (not China atm), the reason is simple, teams can get a bigger pool of players instead of limiting themselves to one subregion/country
