Does VCT help Valorant for noobs?

Just a random thought because I felt like VCT might make more and more players get interested in this game and improve their gameplay but only if it is engaging to new players.
Me personally I feel like the pickems should have more prizes that are more appearing to new players, not just some buddies or title. I think they should add the red vct buddy to the pool (And replace the pickem master gonggi buddy). That makes VCT a more recognizable event because when you think of VCT u think of the logo.
And different pro cotent creators does attract noobies into watching their videos and thats what makes valorant more popular than ever (Eg. TenZ, s0m...)

watching Boaster's IGLing causes irreversible brain damage so idk. It depends on the match

It’s the first year of them doing pickems, rewards could be better but it’s a start
