I don't watch pacific t2 at all but I'm not sure how they get away with running double duelists on every map are they actually contenders or like dsyre where they just win because their region is shit

They are genuine contenders, it's structured madness in it's best form really juicy is the dive in duelist, vera is your hold angles and make slow pushes duelist it works perfectly
