Just a prx fan ranting on prx's performance tdy

Hello guys am a prx fan who is making their first post lol after this game. I know I will get some hate and that is fine, but I feel that Jing has really been the problem for prx downturn in form. Now don't get me wrong I really like Jing as a player, he's the reason why I started learning Raze in comp and a great player. I feel that ever since coming back into the team for Monyet, this problem has gotten worse slowly. I have to say that in his shoes and knowing how hard it is to get out of Singapore's mandatory military service, I get how he can become like this and I myself would also probably fall to the temptation too. However, I feel like Jing has been too Egoistical in terms of gameplay eg. dry peeking, going in too ahead of the team as well as shutting down when things dont go prx's way in terms of gameplay. His discipline which lets be honest always had been a bit of a prx issue also has not really improved as much as others this year as the rest of the team. I feel like last year everyone was on the same agressivness and intensity and we would always play as a group, trade decently and were generally on the same page. When Monyet replaced Jing, the team had to and did successfully slowed down which was great and by the end of madrid we saw that version of prx. However with Jing back, I felt like he couldnt adapt to this and instead even become a bit worse when he obvious wasnt on the same page as the rest of the team. I think that Jing is a great player and i hold nothing against him however i feel like prx has to drop him and move on to find a player who fits more to their newer style. Hopefully we can have another kind of situation where we replaced a player and went on to bounce back similar to when something come in and eventually bottle another final. What do you guys think honestly am I being too harsh on Jing rn? Cause i feel he is the main problem but obviously not the only problem that needs fixing.
