Valorant stuttering on first game AMD help

i updated my graphics drivers the other day and reinstalled the AMD control panel, and what i have noticed is that as soon as i encounter an enemy on my first game the game freezes. also i feel like my fps is low even though i have decent specs. i was just wondering what i should enable in the AMD control panel because mine is default right now.
Specs:
ryzen 5 5600
RX 6750xt 12GB vram
32 GB RAM
i play on all low settings and 1440p 180hz and i average 300fps

restore your old driver and check then and if it still exists then try reinstalling the game

This also happens to me. I'm mid-fight and my PC stutters, it's hella annoying. I'm on NVIDIA though

i just downloaded an older driver let's hope that fixed it, also i forgot to mention after the driver update all media from youtube made my screen flicker lmao
