Too much money for me, my sister and friend got one and they like it, but I dont see the point in upgrading from the 12 if its sill good. I have the same phone you got and Im not upgrading to the 15 yet. Id wait a bit more.
Upgraded to it from an iPhone 14 Pro and the bigger screen and longer battery life are all worth it. The action button is a gimmick tho . Btw since u have the 12 the 120hz gonna feel so good if u upgrade

i recently switched from iphone 12 pro to s23 fe, can recommend samsung, has everything that an iphone has with better battery timing, but not recommended if u work with ur other apple products like macbook.
Completely depends on how much you are spending essentially. If you are getting a good trade in deal, you will very much enjoy the 120hz display, like a lot. Battery life on the max phones have gotten since the 12s. Still overall, the "upgrade" isnt worth it unless you have excess cash lying around. Something like the 16 pro or 17 pro would yield you more of an upgrade as cumulatively you'll have gotten more new features and so on.
good enough. my iphone 11 pro max is still fine after these last couple of years
