They can deffo regain without any roster changes but it seems the standard these days is if it's not working change players

it's kinda dumb that people expect consistency in valorant tournaments when there are continuously either meta changes or map rotations which highly affects the agents indirectly as well. The dynamics are mad different from cs it's actually crazy. Ofc yes sen didn't qualify for shanghai but man come on now chill
I think you guys shouldnt change anything. I mean you have a team that won both shanghai and kick in. You guys should just focus more on you're scrims and preparations rather than selling youre bundles. You have a team that can win tourneys but I feel like you guys are not putting in the effort that other teams are doing. But if you really want to kick someone? Zellsis would be a start.

it's not just SEN it's really just every team -- just happens that SEN has the most fans (probably)
the culture around the pro scene in this game is "X team didn't win Champs/X team had a below-average season/X team had one horrible series against another team --> they should nuke the roster and rebuild and they'll definitely win next year"
the meta changes because this is an esport. a team isn't going to magically sweep everything each year because of that, but that doesn't mean that rebuilding the roster every year will fix anything. just look at fnatic.

Then doesn't that mean its not a player quality issue but more of the strategical side and their approach to the game, maybe their teamplay that they lost? they can regain that. U wanna do roster changes if ur not meshing well or one of the players is consistently shitting the bed

They always seem so demotivated everytime they lose they need someone in the coaching staff to always regain that energy. Kaplan is not that he’s more strategic coach. So more coaching staff would be the only change. Sen will back to normal

Zekken, Sacy, TenZ, John, Mitch/Verno ( Both very flexable and very good )
Zekken, Brawk/Verno ( Recon ), TenZ, John, Zellsis/Mitch ( I see Zellsis and Mitch basically the same player, both hella flexable and Mitch would probably even be a better mid rounder then zellsis tbh )
the team they have now is solid I guess, But I legit dont see a world where they win another event with this core 5.

I assure you the only guy that I could potentially see leaving is Zellsis. The others are fine are fine, but even then the value Zellsis brings is in bringing more fans for you and helped you sell more classic bundles which probably reduced the financial burden you guys were facing at that time his value lies there. Think of it this way you would have a team that doesn't meme around much, no content and stuff but is very good on the stage and can win trophies or you could have a team that brings in more fanbases and makes matches more fun to watch. I assure you Sen wining from the POV of Valorant Esports is only good due to the amount of viewers they can bring.

because that's how it works, they're the only org in valorant to have trophies with different rosters, other teams that are pretty insistent on keeping their squads intact usually just get mildy good results and then fall off (DRX,PRX,NAVI,EDG)

Hmm I don't know about Sacy, while I do agree he's less than a stellar player and has consistency issues. He is player that is incredibly clutch, able to close out rounds in fact against DRX he was the only player that has +ve K/D ratio and that too with an incredible high KAST %. I think Sacy stays. Zellsis leaves but then again I think Sen could win their next match very low chance but I'm not counting them out yet.

I wouldnt mind it tbh, dropping zekken back to recon and letting jawg take over would actually be a insane lineup of aimers, just depends if the chem would work or not
I could see 2 things happening (Not saying this is the best way but what is expected)
- They drop no one and fix their comps while getting a mental coach to help with motivation when they are in slumps.
- Sacy leaves to play with aspas or pANcada again and they pick up N4RRATE or Verno to play initiator and if N4RRATE Zekken plays initiator on Jett maps
Oh and what if like to see is zekken to flex and getting aspas with zellsis as a CC.
