EMEA don't deserve 4 Champions slots

It's ridiculous that a EU has four champions slots, isn't it? The Pacific, arguably the strongest region in valorant, yet a relatively weak country can secure four slots? Why is that? Reduce one or two slot from the EMEA region and allocate it to the Masters winner's region instead.
