I was thinking of purchasing cs2 but I saw a lot of negative reviews on steam about how the game is very poorly optimized. Have you played cs2?

No, but it sounds true, paradox are a terrible company for games. They only make them playable with dlc

If the thing that makes you happy in that game is designing a city maybe play the sims4 and design a house. If the thing that makes you happy is economics I'm a fan of victoria 3, but I play paradox games too much
