Yes I believe flashback is clear of allegations, they were attempting to defame him and they are pressing charges as defamation is huge deal in Korea
(For those above unaware there was an allegation that he had consensual intercourse with a girl and impregnated her unconsentually but there was a lot of drama where the word r*pe was included due to mistranslation but it was never the case.)

lowkey tho how do people never thought to think critically💀 if someone(sinatraa) were truly a r*pist, why would his fellow val content creators that condemn those actions still be friends with him + his new girlfriend didn't leave him as well. anyone with a brain could tell it was just another jealous ex girlfriend case
