whats the in game difference between different dpi settings, for example

0.5 sens 800 dpi or the equivalent in 1600 dpi

its 99.99% the same thing. higher dpi might give you like .0001% more precision with some movements but even that tapers off after like 1600

per say if I had the same e-dpi (sens x dpi), then it would feel the exact same as long as the e-dpi were the same?

ex: 1600 x .25 and 800 x .5

you wouldnt be able to feel a difference between those two, besides when you have to move your cursor like in the buy menu or in brim smokes

less latency the higher dpi but isnt noticable at all

in theory its more responsive as theres more data being sent from the mouse to your computer (smth like that im hyper waffling) but its barely noticable and most pros still use 400,800 or 1600. anything above that just hinders quality of life when using uis
