I had one years ago, heres some tips -
get a wrist band
GO SEE A DOCTOR, he can probably help u with some pills to ease the pain
A LOT OF REST, IF THERES ANY PAIN - STOP PLAYING.
theres good wrist exercise on youtube with actual doctors, go do them before u play/work if you work around computers
personal tip, can kinda expensive - my dad had a b-cure laser device sitting around his house to help with his gym injuries and it really helped me. so it can help.
