It’s not even like they have 6-10 teams leading to their best talent being spread

The best of the best talent is in those 3 teams and they are somehow bottom 3 teams of americas

they actually do have their talent very spread and it's unfortunately that they could have 2 insane teams and one solid one but they just can't get them all in the same place currently

pancada - controller
saadhak - IGL/flex
aspas - duelist
cauanzin - initiator
less - sentinel

nzr - IGL/flex
heat - duelist
tuyz - controller
sacy - initiator
khalil - sentinel

mazin - IGL/controller
mwzera - duelist
havoc - sentinel
rich - initiator
artzin - flex

and this is just from franchising, I'm not even including talents from challengers (WHICH IS AN INSANE AMOUNT)

they have a shit ton of talent lmao that's why the loud decisions were so badly received bc they could've chosen players from like 4 teams that could fullfil the needed roles and still made the worst decision

meanwhile in vcl, teams r stacked and although riot is actively killing the scene talenr is still thriving

Yeah, and Saadhack was know for giving oportunities for this talents.
Like, people talk of Aspas like a god, but they dont know Aspas tier 3.
And before Sacy, he wasnt good, Sacy and Saadhacj trained him.

Let me break it down for you.

Brazil region (Latam too) have a infinite amount of young talents, talents who can even be better than Aspas.
But what happens?

  • Lack of attention from Riot for the tier2/3 cenario, specially Br

  • The tier 1 Brazilian cenario, are all friends who play with their friends, so doesnt exist space to other players (We call this panelas)

  • Different from you NA region, we cannot afford a profissional life, we cant bet all you life just to be professional players.
In NA/Europe you live, in Brazil, we survive.

  • Even in tier 1 br, you still need a second work to survive, so imagine being a tier 3, they do not get paid.

  • Lack of training (Its hard to train against a other contrie team)

  • Many after 18 (Or even before) are kicked from their houses cause in your culture, if tou are 18y, you are a man, so go build you family.

Have more things, but ima resume, Life here, is hard

Ah, and about the point 3.
99% of the Br profissionals players, already was people with very, very good financial conditions (Fathers who had companies, parents is doctors. Etc)
Its nearly impossible for a kid with aa normal financial situation, be a pro player.

I always thought this was pretty obvious and common knowledge, but it's good to hear someone say it again so people know

Hot take: LATAM and br orgs need to com in english even if they are full BR, their job isnt to win the champions, but sell talents, and a player that knows english sellout for much more (b-but loud won, you are a clown if you think mibr and furia have structure to win anything, they arent willing to put the work)
