Because of how the seeding works (with no regional match ups) it makes region vs region a very likely outcome.

The rest can be answered with seeding
PRX looked straight up worse than DRX in pacific and out of all the pacific teams. G2 can only face PRX no other outcome was possible. Lev was always gonna face one of the worse teams in champs because they are the number 1 seed. I have no clue what you mean by saying talon is practically an NA team but ok.
