Hot Take: Even as someone who is a fan of both G2 and Oxy, their playstyles do not fit. Oxy is extremely aggressive - people here often say he's "playing ranked." He'll actively seek out even low probability fights just because his gunplay is unmatched. But if you watch G2, they are more like a machine. They are very calculating and don't lean on a star duelist because they never had one.
To me, saying Oxy to G2 is like saying JohnQT to PRX. Could they make it work? Yes, but not without a lot of team changes.
